In tribute to my friend, Jonathan, who we tragically lost last month, I am taking part in the Glasgow Kilt Walk on Sunday 30th April, walking 22 miles to support SAMH and Suicide Awareness. Mental health, especially amongst men, is something that is not talked about enough and many suffer in silence. The amazing work that SAMH does with Suicide Prevention, helping people talk, intervention and supporting individuals and families, deserves our support and if my efforts provide funds to help just one person, I will be grateful to have been able to help. I am grateful to all who support me and donate to SAMH. Thank you.
