At JLL, we want to raise awareness, tackle stigmas and try to strengthen the availability of support for those suffering from ill mental health who simply cannot recognise the help they need for themselves.

SAMH has a long standing commitment to suicide prevention but they cannot do it without the support from everyone through spreading awareness and fundraising.

That is why in January JLL will be encouraging all employees to take part in the Get Moving for SAMH Movement!

Get Moving For SAMH

Let’s kick the new year off to a great start! We're inviting you to join us as we individually complete either 3k or 5k a day in January. You can walk, run, cycle or swim, you choose how to rise to the challenge and get sponsored for completing your mission! Once you have started you must stick to the same amount each day, e.g 31 days of 3k or 31 days of 5k consistently.
